There’s a real cost to building something beautiful and meaningful—and the women who’ve already achieved it know this intimately.
I’m Liselle Kiss, a luxury handbag designer who debuted at Bergdorf Goodman and Nordstrom. This video is for the women who’ve hit their milestones, built their empires, and discovered that reaching the goal doesn’t fill the spaces they thought it would. It’s about the disconnection, the output treadmill, and the three patterns that bring you back to yourself while you keep creating at the highest level.

1. success pulls you forward, presence brings you back
Success rewards momentum.
You complete something → you move forward.
You achieve → you expand.
You build → you maintain.
Over time, a shift happens.
You become highly effective at managing your life…
while slowly stepping out of experiencing it.
Growth requires forward motion.
Presence requires interruption of that motion.ion...
In the Liselle Kiss flywheel, I saw it clearly:
Growth requires forward motion.
Presence requires interruption of that motion.
Without interruption, life becomes something you manage—not something you live.
2. it happens through small, invisible decisions
When you decide to focus on your presence,
this is where you can possibly get more presents.
What would be the point of working hard, pleasing others,
putting yourself last,
if you didn’t recognized the woman you were becoming because of your sacrifices?
The goal is to make small invisible decisions that perk you up.
No one has to be there to cheer you on, or be aware of you.
Your presence is the truth, it exists, and that is all that matters.
Now the question is what are you going to do about it,
when you feel so alive, at every moment?
You won’t need that dopamine hit,
when you are it.
3. how to see your life again clearly
This is why I created something simple.
The Wardrobe Audit Self-Reflection Guide.
As a designer I feel that many women
don’t get the chance to audit their lives
in very fun, sophisticated and self-growth way
without the drama of sharing it with others.
It’s other people’s opinion that will
change the recipe of what you’re cooking
Which is why the Wardrobe Audit is for your eyes only.
Think about—
What you reach for.
What you avoided in the past, and could you like it today?
What you’ve outgrown and never want to look back.
What no longer reflects who you are becoming.
Because your wardrobe is not superficial.
It is behavioral data that permeates in
everything you choose in life, business, and relationships.
As an American designer working with women like you—
women building full, demanding lives—I started to notice a pattern:
You invest in everything that expands your world.
But when it comes to choosing something deeply personal, something created truly for you…
there’s often a hesitation.
A pause right before you say yes.
The desire is clear—but the permission isn’t.
And that exact tension is what became the foundation of my work.
